Schools World Cup Madrid 2025
Only 60 schools will have the opportunity to travel to Madrid to compete for the title in the fifth edition of the SWC.
The primary goal of the championship is to provide a unique school trip where children can enjoy an unforgettable experience.
The Schools World Cup Comes to Madrid!
For four days, Madrid will be the epicenter of one of the most innovative and comprehensive new sporting events in history, showcasing the best schools from around the world.
The Summer Edition is on its way!
The event will take place during the week of June 23 to 29 in Madrid. A grand celebration with football as the central theme, surrounded by incredible surprises.
The Schools World Cup will be a dream come true, transforming Madrid into the capital of youth sports.
This event will bring together hundreds of young people aged 11 to 17 from diverse nationalities and cultures, united by their passion for the sport. They will compete for the title in a tournament where solidarity, respect, and friendship serve as fundamental pillars.
Additionally, all participants will contribute to Sustainability Projects, emphasizing the importance of caring for our planet and fostering a sense of environmental responsibility.
Sustainability
All participants will collaborate on Sustainability Projects organized by the BTC Foundation, highlighting the importance of caring for our planet and fostering a sense of environmental responsibility. They will take home a deeply rewarding life experience that demonstrates how sports competitions can and should go hand in hand with personal development and social awareness.
In addition to the 4-day tournament, we also offer the possibility of combining participation with additional activities before or after the event:
Facilities
The teams from the best schools and academies will compete to test their athletic skills in a unique environment like the Universidad Alfonso X el Sabio.
UAX is a space designed for student engagement and the development of their sports performance.
Its facilities are fully equipped to practice a wide range of sports and activities, including basketball, handball, indoor cycling, cross training, football, golf, padel, pilates, rugby, running, tennis, volleyball, and yoga.
Who can participate?
We will have 4 categories (U11, U13, U15, U17) for male, mixed, and female teams.

Durante los cuatro días que duró el SWC 2024, Marbella se convirtió en la capital del fútbol infantil, colocando la Costa del Sol en el mapa de los más de 1.000 niños y niñas que participaron.
School World Cup 2022
Del 27 al 30 de octubre de 2022, la Copa Mundial de Fútbol de Colegios reunió a 30 colegios en cada una de las 4 categorías para competir por ser el ganador de la SFWC.
School World Cup 2023
Del 26 al 30 de octubre, más de 20 colegios se desplazaron hasta Marbella y Estepona para disputar la tercera edición del SWFC y tratar de alzarse con el título.
What will the schedule be?
DAY 1: THURSDAY
16:00h – Arrival of all teams at the Accommodation.
17:00h – Registration and collection of accreditations.
18:00h – Opening ceremony of the tournament, with the parade of all participating teams and athlete oaths.
DAYS 2 and 3 – FRIDAY AND SATURDAY
10:00h – Qualifying matches according to the schedule.
17:00h – Free time in the afternoon for scheduled activities..
DAY 4 – SUNDAY
10:00h – Finals according to the schedule.
13:30h – Award ceremony.
